Even when I’m in my most creative mindset, I find that it can be challenging to stay in my character’s heads and keep my thoughts trained on plot. We reached out to Kelsa DeBrabant, a meditation and mindfulness coach who is also a creative, to talk about strategies that writers (and all creators) can use to be more productive.
