So so true, Brooke, about the writing life. Thank you for this beauty!

Brooke, I was at Oceans Calling last weekend too! I can't believe we were in the same crowd! So sorry about your poor house.

What?!?!?! That's crazy. Did you go all three nights? I could have walked right by you. I haven't been in a crowd like that in YEARS. It was very overwhelming! But the concert on Saturday was amazing. Did you get to see Jack Johnson??

I walk in silence a lot. It's very relaxing. ~ In Austria, I did a forest bath. 🤗🤗

It is relaxing. The forest bath sounds amazing. What did that entail exactly? So curious.

The one I did was in Austria, Gasteiner Tal. We (a small group) walked into the forest for about half an hour, all in silence. No phone. ☺️ Then we formed a circle and did about 5 minutes of deep breathing before choosing a spot to sit. Then you just sit and take in your surroundings. It's a form of meditation. One doesn't have to go with a group. It's okay to do it alone (if you're comfortable) or with a friend. Very relaxing! ~ They also do something like rain bathing. Haha, I didn't try that one. It sounded too cold and wet for me.
